Breathwork is a powerful tool to support regulation of the nervous system, the release of stored tension and stress, and to curate mindfulness and self-awareness.

Sessions:

Therapeutic breathwork sessions combine different breathing techniques, such as conscious connected breathing and deep abdominal breathing, to guide individuals on a journey that helps support regulation of the nervous system, process emotional wounds, and connect to clarity and purpose.

1:1 Sessions: These personalised sessions focus on supporting individuals through reflection on what is currently present in their lives, 1:1 breathwork journeys, and guidance on integrating daily breathwork techniques to support physical and emotional wellbeing.

Group Sessions: Group sessions create a powerful space and community where a group of people experience a breathwork journey in the same space; these group sessions will often be centred around a particular theme or focus, and include sharing circles to reflect on experiences.
